Dry American Riesling

This 100% California grown Riesling is the perfect example of why Riesling doesn’t always need to be sweet. On the nose this wine has notes of ripe melon with a candied lemon flavor on the palate. There is enough acidity to balance the wine but not that it is overbearing. This trocken [German word for dry] wine embodies the refreshing side of Riesling that leaves you wanting more and would pair well with soft flesh white fish, such as trout.
