Cabernet Sauvignon-Gamay blend



Looking for something a little bolder to serve on Turkey day?  Try our Gamay/Cab blend.  Gamay is the grape used to make Beaujolais Nuovo and you may recall it is a traditional red fav for Thanksgiving tables. We blended the Turkey day favorite with a bold Cabernet Sauvignon to make a juicy bold red with a soft and dry finish.  Flavors of tart cherry pie and stewed cranberries are enhanced with subtle baking spice and walnut flavors in the finish.  The fitting label reflects a strong quiet confidence, but yet a touch untamed.
