Sept. 27 Winemaking 101 Class

This approximately 90-minute seminar will cover the basics of winemaking, as well as answer any questions you may have.  The 7 p.m. session takes place at our in-house winery, where you will be introduced to the equipment and techniques that are used in the process.  Step by step, we demonstrate how to start, stabilize, and bottle wine.
