Description
This South African wine received it’s name from the national animal of South Africa. This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Pinotage and Grenache is aged and sat for two years. As the Springbok is a symbol of pride for South Africa, this dry red is certain to be a memorable member of our May releases. Some may not be familiar with the Pinotage Varietal. It is a cross of Pinot Noir and Cinsault (then known as Hermitage) that was bred in South Africa and is almost exclusively grown there.
