Description
Symphony is a cross between Muscat and Grenache, developed at the University of California, Davis. Its wines are aromatic with notes of peach making it a perfect partner for Gewürztraminer’s lychee notes. The combination of the two presents an aromatic wine with wild honeysuckle, baking spice, and peach aromas. Off-dry, crisp, and bright with expressive fruit backed by subtle sweetness.
