Hopped pear cider-wine

This hopped co-fermentation defies the norm and pushes the boundaries of what a wine can be. Defi is a blend of 75% pear cider co-fermented with 25% Chenin Blanc, dry hopped for three days with a combination of Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand and Willamette hops from Willamette Valley, Oregon. This unique wine is off-dry, floral and full of possibilities.
